FAQ

Does this work with Blogger.com?

Yes. BY RJ products are specifically designed as Blogger XML themes. Features may vary from one template to another.

Do I need paid hosting?

Not for a regular Blogger-hosted blog. Blogger is a separate Google service, and its own terms and availability apply. A custom domain is optional and can have a separate cost.

Can I use a theme on more than one blog?

License scope will be stated in the product documentation. Our standard proposal is one live blog per personal license, with extended usage available where offered.

Can I resell the XML files?

No. Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing our source theme files is not permitted under the proposed standard license.

Are updates and support included?

Check the individual product listing for what is included. We do not advertise lifetime updates or guaranteed response times unless explicitly stated.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases are subject to the refund policy displayed at checkout and applicable consumer laws. Contact us for help with an issue before making a request.

Are checkout/payment integrations included?

Not in every theme. For example, the planned RONA Store theme uses a catalogue and WhatsApp ordering rather than an integrated payment gateway.
